Locomotive Owners Group (Scotland)

 aka LOG(S) Shop

The shop, a converted ex Royal Mail coach, usually sits in the bay platform at the west end of Bo'ness Station (See picture far right)
Although on special event days, for example, Thomas the Tank Engine Days, and  Santa Specials it may be moved to the sidings where the SRPS railtour carriages sit.  However, sometimes on these special event days it may not be available at all.
Usual opening hours are from 10.30 in the morning to approximately 4.00 in the afternoon when our branch service is operating.  It's stocked with a wide variety of books, magazines, video's, dvd's, memorabilia and even a selection of clothing for work use.  The staff on duty will be pleased to help you search for whatever you are looking for

LOG(S) volunteers are also delighted to receive donations of items for sale. The funds raised are all used to pay for the running costs and refurbishment of 80105 and other stock owned by LOG(S)

Clothes for sale

On the left is the selection of working type clothes available in the shop whilst on the right is a picture of the two lamps being typical of the memorabilia sold in the coach.

It would be impossible to list all the items of books, videos, clothes, and memorabilia as it can change by the hour depending upon what has been sold and what has been donated or purchased.

However browsing the coach is a very relaxing pastime!
